The Margaritaville Island Inn in Pigeon Forge offers a nice atmosphere and convenient location for nearby activities. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Bad

Bloody sheets and staff didn't want to be bothered

The location and view. The indoor pool was really warm.

Unfriendly staff. Got in the room late because we were off having fun. My oldest son pulled the cover back to get in bed and there was TONS of blood stains on the fitted sheet. As well as, pubic hair. Called the front desk. They apologized. Sent someone to change the fitted sheet and then was going to put on the same sheet and blanket back on the bed along with the same pillows. So I requested all new bedding. They acted like I was being an inconvenience to them. They did not offer any discounts. My 10 year old was traumatized after finding it, thinking that someone was murdered there :( He wouldn't get in the bed and begged me to let him sleep in the car. After not being able to calm him down, I called the front desk and they spoke to upper management, they said they would give me a full refund. We packed up at 9pm and drove to the DreamMore where we always stay. Moments later, I get an email from Margaritaville Island Inn for a bill for $28 and some change. So much for a "full refund". Never again!

Superb

Happy stay. Great location. Clean, happy sleeping environment.

Tremdy. Excellent staff. The hotel was upbeat and happily decorated. Accommodated my need for location of room.

The sliding door to the bathroom could have been a hand hazard. It was a great space saver, but had I had a child, it's hand could have easily been injured.

Beautiful view of the Island!

Location was so close to the island but far enough from the traffic of the circle! Had a wonderful breakfast, it was a great buffet for continental.

Nothing bad to say other than our son was sick so we didnt get to do much other than spend time in the hotel!

Overpriced and not worth the price

breakfast was OK. In my olpinion this hotel is way overpriced. It is not any different then any other hotel I have stayed at in PF. The price is about triple what I normally would pay but will not pay again.
