Perfect for a few nights in Chiang Mai

The hotel is stunning, the buildings surround a small pool and palm trees. Solid wood furniture and huge rooms; gorgeous! Koi in the pond and a chorus of frogs at night. Geckos on the roof! Walking distance from the centre and some fab food available nearby!

Could have done with more vegetarian options at breakfast.

Would have been a nice place but bad experience with another confused or drunk guest kinda ruined it

Staff was friendly. Relaxing vibe.

But there are no key cards to the door. Uses traditional lock and key. This may cause confusion. Someone repeatedly tried to open the door to my room and was banging on the door very aggressively, because of this confusion.

A beautiful calm oasis in a busy city.

Everything. We loved the beautiful aesthetics of the the entire hotel. The rooms were very large. The pool area was peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed having cocktails around the pool in the evening after a busy day of site seeing. Great location for us. The breakfast buffet was delicious with enough variety to please everyone (at one point we had eight rooms for our group of 13 people). We appreciated that some of the breakfast choices changed daily (we stayed for five days). The staff were lovely. I forgot some air pods in our room when we checked out - which I didn't even realize. I was contacted by text with a photo of my belongings. I paid a minimal shipping fee and they were mailed to me right away to my next stop in Thailand. Fabulous service.

I would have liked wash cloths in the rooms for washing/showering. (We just went and bought one at the nearby 7-Eleven.)

Breakfast: Decent spread with good taste , separate egg counter, deserts were nice. Location: Everything is nearby. Rooms: Excellent comfort, well maintained and wonderfully designed with amazing wood work.

The room and some of the hotel area had Thai Tapestry work. When we checked with the staff, they were literally not sure where the art work will be sold. They ended up saying market and night bazar which was of little to no help. Expected a better response from them in this matter. Disappointed that we couldn't buy such a rare art piece. Also view from my balcony alone was kind of Okayish..!!!

Friendly staff, lovely hotel; they also have a tourism information centre inside with a really helpful lady to serve and book activities with you (cooking classes, ATV days, Zipline, Elephants) - really helpful.

Such a good time!

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. It is very different from other hotels with a more authentic feel. The workers were so sweet and accommodating. They helped us get a ride to the airport at 4am. The breakfast was also very good.
