Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice ambience

Lots of noise - the room does not have any soundproofing at all, it seems. The breakfast was very poor - very limited selection and not very tasty

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location. Perfect for a relaxing trip to Chiang Mai.

Great stay and the only negative was the small pool

Honeymoon stay

The hotel is beautifully finished and makes you feel like you're in a jungle when you're in the heart of Old town Chiang Mai with easy access to all amenities, temples and markets. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.. There is a few activity every afternoon for the guests to enjoy which was really fantastic and a lovely touch!

There was slightly strange warning about stains or sheets and towels when you arrived, which is fine..they don't want people get white sheets covered in fake tan or something but it did put me somewhat on edge generally speaking! For the price and what other hotels offer in the area for a much cheaper price... Laundry service could be included to elevate this hotel even further.

Perfect location, staff and facilities

The location of the hotel was ideal, not too far from the airport nor the activites in Chiang Mai. The decor was really lovely and modern traditional. The staff were really helpful and informative. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Sam and the staff were all wonderful and helpful. This is an oasis in the old city. Our room was spacious and luxurious. Great hospitality. Great value.
