I liked that staff were polite. And the location is really good to commute.

I didn't like that my room was not as it was mentioned in my booking. I was supposed to be given a room with a balcony facing a garden but there was no balcony. When i asked at the reception the person there told me that they don't have the same details as i have about the booking and also they don't have any other room. Another thing was shower head. It had water but no pressure to use it on the body as one does so i had to somehow manage with it. I complained about that too but first day i have been told that I didn't leave the key at reception, second day, they couldn't find some parts in the market and now it had to be fixed another way but it didn't get fixed. On my check out I requested my bill to be sent on email but I haven't got it.

Not a hotel but a GUEST HOUSE.

Location

First of all, this is not a hotel. This is a guest house with one security and one at reception without a full-time kitchen and staff. This is a house converted into a hotel with temporary staff. The Perch and Trebo properties are all doing this. you will find very limited (one or two) options for breakfast. if you want to leave early and get late to reach there be prepared for not getting any food options. The lift is permanently on maintenance.

Dont go by the pictures, deceptive

Breakfast was okay, not very great. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to phase-1 metro station.

The toiletries could have been generously provided in this tariff. When asked for the shampoo, the guy at the reception curtly refused it. The floor was dirty. The balcony was pathetic and looked like not been broomed since months. The looks of the room were far from what was shown in the pictures on the website. Felt cheated. The only saving grace was the food, which was delicious. Full credit to the cook.

very comfortable, secure and great location

good location, clean, thoughtfully furnished with all amenities, good vibes in terms of types of people staying there.

parking was a bit tricky, found it costlier for a longer stay, would have liked the property to offer a discounted rate when I extended my stay. would have loved a common area/restaurant for meals
