Great stay

Great week stay very clean and well maintained room shiva the cleaner on 23rf floor worked around me and my little one room was tidy and spotless every time I arrived back great workers!

Ordered kids meal via room service only to be charged 226aed for a children meal for my 1 year old wasnt happy about this! Was told it was kids menu and when waiter came to room he said this is not the kids menu

I was generally happy with the hotel however I found the breakfast was better in other hotels in Dubai

Pacific Grove Restaurant was fantastic.excellent service from the staff there.

The room was a little disappointing. The television was difficult to operate and there were lights flashing on and off which distracted my sleep.

Okay but they need to be more family friendly or just dont accept guest with babies and kids under 5

The location and decor

For someone traveling with an infant and a 4 year old, the hotel didnt make it easy for us to feed our kids. They wouldnt accept to store our baby food in their freezer which meant the food went bad and thus our kids were hungry most of the time and had to eat hotel food they didnt like
