old room, toilet was dirty from peeing when we came to the room, we waited for half an hour until someone came to disinfect it..bleee we paid for a room with a pool view, but we got a room with a view of the garden, because there was nothing available... there were very few sunbeds by the pool for guests in the entire area, we had nowhere to lie down. personal arrogant,food really terrible and they did not supplement the food..., new year program and food horrible !!! every night music very loud, out of hotel was very nice place with nice chill music. but what shocked me the most was the price for an espresso doppio at the pool bar, they want 12eur!!! outside in Maruja bar much better coffee and for 3eur.i recommend! this hotel does not meet absolute level 4star...never again! I travel a lot, I'm not a demanding tourist, but this made us feel very bad

Nice location. Lots of potential. Food onsite was poor, however lots of neighboring places to eat.

Liked the pool.

Rooms could have been cleaner each day (sand in beds), floors dirty etc. Breakfast buffet was very low quality. New Years Eve gala food was very poor.

Worse hotel I stayed in on my whole 6 month trip even against the 2-3* places I stayed on a budget was better then this

The only thing I liked was two members of staff that appeared to be good but that could of been the fact that everything else was so bad that they shone thru

Everything staff had attitudes They had damaged broken slides for young children to play on They add on so huge amounts to your bill on arrival claiming children are adults and billing you further They will harass you for money locking you out your room intentionally Also on check out they will not give over everything they owe you then when you realise and message then suddenly they are not so quick Rude staff damaged hotel money grabbing there was much better hotels in the area on the beach for half the price and polite nice staff

Location is perfect

Good location. Staff friendly. Nice swimming pool.(main one) Nice restaurant.

The room we stayed was old, bathroom not comfortable(it was dirty and smelly) Aircondition location not good and noisy(we had to turn it off before sleeping)
