Wonderful charming hotel

Everything! Staff was wonderful and the hotel and area charming and well located. Delightful the reading room on the first floor

Not a problem for me but the lack of elevator can be problematic as there are quite a few steps up

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful setting. Extremely pleasant rooms. Great room service and in-room products. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was underwhelming. I suggest skipping it and eating elsewhere.

Great place for travelers interested in something more off he beaten track.

Lovely hotel and a beautiful, more residential location. So it was quiet and not touristy. Breakfast was delicious -served outside on the terrance, the service was excellent - so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and simply and nicely decorated.

Perfect for a pilgrimage/cultural trip

A very nice hotel located just outside the city center with a few (clean!) rooms. Fantastic service (in fluent English) and a beautiful roof terrace with a pool including completely shaded loungers contributed a lot to relaxation - a city trip (at 33 degrees) with such retreats is of course a dream. An absolute recommendation to anyone traveling to Rome for pilgrimage or city life. We would probably have had great local transport connections, but we used the route to the city center (Pantheon about 40 minutes at a German walking pace) to have breakfast in peace in local cafs - protected from mass tourism.

We are simple cultural tourists who don't actually have much need for sleeping accommodation. If there were suggestions for improvement, I would have to mention the size of the room in a subordinate clause - carefully and quietly.

Amazing spot. Service and staff are so warm. Really make you feel at home. The location is perfect to stay at Rome, not crazy busy and noisy but close to good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets. A retreat from crazy Rome touristic scene.

People with physical limitations would not be able to enjoy this amazing hotel. Adaptations would take some of the charm I believe, but just the only less positive thing I can point out.

An oasis in a hot Roman summer, the most friendly staff and beautiful pool to top it off.

Amazing service by the whole Palm Gallery team, everyone was so friendly and understanding. I couldnt fault their work ethic and attitude.

We got to stay on holiday there longer!

I would definitely return to Palm Gallery hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and had fabulous, friendly service. Daniel makes excellent cappuccinos and breakfast on the patio was delightful. The pool was a welcome retreat after a hot day of sightseeing. The Borghese Villa is within walking distance.

With the exception of the drive to the airport, it was hard to get a taxi (the problem might have been with the Itaxi app). We did a lot of walking and bussing, which was ok for us (we're fit walkers) but sometimes limited our activity schedule.
