Room had no sitting area. Only one reading lamp on one side of the bed...should have a lamp on each side on the bed.

The crew is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The beach lounge is also stylish and inviting. And the location of the hotel is fantastic. Pretty good WIFI.

According to my experience, the price and the quality don't really match. I believe it's a good hotel, but the cost seemed somewhat high considering what you receive and the facilities provided.

Paia was my favourite visit on our stay in Maui, and this Inn was part of that reason!

The private beach access and the interior design were excellent! The furnishings and the room were high design and very clean. The central location along the Main Street was also incredible, since you could walk to a bunch of different shops and restaurants.

The rooms were a bit small and it was hard to unpack clothing. The price was a bit steep for what it was, but that's Hawaii! No complaints other than that though, it was really great.

Beautiful private beach property, and great location in the town of Paia, very cool artwork on the walls, beautiful bar, restaurant area.

Our bedroom with private bathroom was a little tight, but cute none the less. We were bummed we didnt get to utilize the bar restaurant as it is closed on Mondays

This hotel and their staff were more than accommodating and friendly. My wife and I checked into our original hotel in Maui, to be greeted with an offer to by meth. This was very uncomfortable for us. We were then asked (by a non-employee of the hotel - representing to be an employee of the hotel) to park our car. Continuously, we had to kindly say, No and please leave us alone. We awkwardly made it to our non-smoking room and everything from the air in the room to the bed sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. We both have asthma and this didnt work for us. We went to the lobby and simply said that this hotel wasnt going to accommodate our needs (the room was supposed to be non-smoking and clearly was not). We were given a refund. Immediately after leaving, I went back online and booked a last minute reservation at Paia. We were greeted with smiles, open arms, felt safe, and it didnt smell of smoke. This hotel was our saving grace. I would recommend anyone to this hotel. We both felt so welcomed and almost like family. It was around 7pm when we checked in and the amazing hostess walked us to our room. I immediately went to bed and the hostess pointed my wife in the direction of a wonderful (nearby) restaurant. Im so grateful to them. I even tried to tip them and she gracefully denied. This hotel warmed my heart and the next time Im in the area (which is a few times per year) I will surely attempt to stay here, again.

The only thing I didnt like is the fact that I was just too tiered to go for dinner. My wife brought home some amazing leftovers, though. There is nothing to complain about, here!

Superb

After lots of driving all week, it was a perfect place to lay low for the end of our vacation.

The walkable to everything location was superb. Didn't use the car for 2 days. The patio and grounds out by the beach was everything I hoped for, to laze about with a good book and a perfect view, with surfers zooming by.

The room was SO small as was the closet/bathroom. I would definitely warn people to make sure they get one of the larger rooms.

Everyone at this property was so lovely. They put a lot of thought and creativity into all the spaces. The short walk down to the beach was one of the highlights of our trip!
