The Suite was Exceptional, The hot tub was amazing and so private, the Bed was so comfortable and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was an added bonus, the Host seemed so friendly and check in was simple. It was so modern and lovely. Amazing location near a tram stop. Perfect for anyone visiting the pleasure beach or sandcastle. Affordable price definitely staying again with my family.

Good location nice room but very cold

Location was good, easy check in

Room was freezing cold the whole stay. Radiators werent sufficient to heat the rooms - it is cold outside so maybe during winter provide portable heaters as it massively effected our stay.
