    The place is near to south end of Varkala beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. Staff was polite and helpful
    Wifi didn't work. Hotel has solar water heaters which in rainy season doesn't work. Breakfast timings are too late

    Worst service worst response form management money waste they didn't mention the payment details properly hidden payment between the booking.com and merchant customer have to suffer comission charges has to be played by the customer worst breakfast they give only 4 Idlys for each person no other food provide except idly worst worst worst worst don't visit this property

    The Omsam guest house is good based on location and pets are allowed. Breakfast was good and authentic Kerala style. The rooms were good and the bathroom was very clean.
    There are improvements like fans in rooms are really old and do not operate properly. Lunch and dinner options are not available so you need to depend on the local restaurants for delivery. As there are not many options.

    Room was not clean. Broken items kept on top of cupboards. Used covers in cupboard drawers. Self was staying with 6 year old and we told them we will be vaccating at 8 AM. We requested to arrange the complimentary breakfast at 8 AM. Not even a cup of tea was arranged. They told they can arrange only at 8.30 AM
