Nice and convenient

Within walking distance of most attractions and Christmas markets. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Just good location and accessible. Other than that not go there again.

Very poor facilities. Unfortunately the heating was not working. The room was so cold for this time of the year (January) and the blankets were so thin.

cozy room, great location.

the room was quite cool, especially in the bathroom: the floors were not heated and the radiator did not work. It's a pity that there was no bottled water in the room.

Good

Location is the best. Literally next to a main train station and metro. Shops around and Starbucks next door. Walking distance to most top attractions. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean.

We were a party of 3 and the sofa bed is really really uncomfortable. My son couldn't sleep well.

Great hotel at a good price. Well located for transport access.

Our booking at another hotel fell through at the last minute and we had to find new hotel quickly. The NH at Fredreichstasse was the same price as what wed booked previously but a much more central location for access to major sites. Well serviced by public transport for exploring the wider city. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk.

Theres hardly anything to complain about at this hotel. They absolutely delivered to expectations. A very good hotel at a very good price.

Great location, reliable service, decent cleanliness

Excellent location; Friendly and responsive reception team; pro-active team at breakfast; Quality breakfast with good choice of bread and health products; excellent assortment of tea; Christmas cookies and drink in the lobby a nice gesture;

1. Bath towels feel more like a "bathmat".....; it's time for renewal and disposal of old ones. 2. The cover of lobby chairs are very dirty - understand they are heavily used. all the more the need to change more frequently; 3. Safe Deposit box in the room works sporadically.... frequent malfunctioning - better go for elsafe.

Very good

Very nice hotel, superb location

Comfortable, clean room in an excellent location. We arrived by S-Bahn at the Friedrichstrasse Station, literally only a few yards away, yet excellent insulation meant that we never noticed noise from the trains. Many of the best sights in Berlin - Museuminsel, Berliner Dom, Unter den Linden, Gendamenmarkt - are within a few minutes walk. We shall certainly stay here again on our next visit to Berlin.

Nothing at all to complain about.
