Great staff, very well maintained place - would stay here again for sure

Initially the room I got smelled of smoke, so I complained about it - they got me a new upgraded room immediately instead.

Everything is through the lifts but I guess that is common in fancy hotels

Wonderful Holiday Hotel

Excellent hotel which exceeded every aspect. Right from checkin to checkout everything was smooth. Comfortable bedroom with stunning views. The breakfast spread was great.

Before arriving I wanted to get some answers from the property for early checkout, but could not get a straight answer from the staff over phone. Room was not ready when I reached half hour early, although I had selected time of arrival on Booking.com. The build up of the shower floor was not correct. As a result the water was not naturally draining after a shower. Breakfast: The way of ordering tea or coffee at breakfast was not obvious. Too little space in the area of the dishes for buffet. I ordered tea with the waiter but did not get it.
