O' Two Hotel

I experienced problems with the breakfast vouchers setup. Upon check me and my partner were not informed that the breakfast is paid via vouchers. In the morning we went to breakfast under the impression that Otwo have arranged the necessary for its guests. After our breakfast I was presented with a bill, I was lost as I had included breakfast in my booking. The Lilys team then advised that Otwo guests need to present vouchers. I then walked to the reception to enquire. The Lady (A) that I approached informed me that the person responsible for checking on the system whether a booking is inclusive of breakfast is unavailable and she cannot issue the vouchers. She then suggested that I should wait for the person to arrive or alternatively settle the bill and I will be refunded. I then opted to settle the bill as I didnt want to delay myself for a booked helicopter ride. I walked back to Lilys and settled bill. On my way back to the hotel, the porter/security was running to handover the vouchers to me. It was too late as I had settled the bill. Because I was running late for my helicopter ride, I left the breakfast receipt with this lady and we agreed that we would sort out the refund issue when I return. I then returned to the hotel. At that time there was another lady (B) at the reception. I then asked if her colleague briefed her and she informed me that there will be no need for me to receive a refund as they had furnished me with the breakfast vouchers. I was confused because the vouchers is literally my money and not freebies from the hotel. Upon check-out the Lady (A) avoided me and had to discuss the issue with her male colleague who did not understand the context of issues surrounding the receipt. I check-out without receiving my refund. This was so inconveniencing and unprofessional on the part of Lady (A) who decided to runaway from the problem.
