Had a really nice stay, room with a view is definitely the way to go, staff was friendly.

The room was big, we booked the river view room and it did not disappoint, the view was just amazing, the spa bath was a let down though but that was ok as it wasn't why we were there, we ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room, was really good breakfast, had it on the balcony, just perfect.

Gym was well equipped minus nit enough weight plates. Great room size. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A bit tired, same 4 prints framed around whole hotel, carpet smells like mould, appliances such as clothes iron were older than me.

Lovely hotel in a stunning location

Excellent location, although parking was a short distance away. Beautiful views from the dining room and very helpful staff members.

The pool hours were rather restricted. We missed out on using the pool because of the limited times the pool was open

I loved the view, was the best part. Even though the weather was very unpredictable the view was always beautiful. Amazing location and close by to everything i need (Onsen spa) and close enough to town to drive but further away so i didnt have all the traffic and noise.

Not comfortable because of lack of aircon and no service lift or offer of help with bags. No privacy because room face m

Location was good as we were visiting family at Arthurs Point.

Room was booked as garden view but the room looked directly onto the main driveway. This meant that anyone driving or walking down the driveway looked directly into the room. As the room had no net curtains we were unable to open the heavy drapes as there was no privacy. There was also no aircon in the room so we were unable to have the drapes drawn and the door open as again anyone could see straight into our room. There was also no lift available so as the room was on the first floor we had to drag our heavy suitcases up the stairs. There was no offer of help from the front desk. We mentioned all of the above when checking out and the person on the front desk gave us a bottle of wine but I was very disappointed with my stay and would not book here again.
