Guests had an exceptional experience at the Novotel Reading Centre, praising the welcoming and kind staff. The rooms were spacious with great facilities, although the sofa bed was slightly uncomforta (Read More)ble. The location was convenient for the town and catching trains to London. The pool was small but nice, and the steam room was not working. Snacks were pricey, but there were nearby options. The staff were helpful and polite.

Staff was friendly the rooms was lovely and clean so was the corridor areas. That I could bring my dogs with me.

Parking is expensive and we had to park further away.... also the lifts go past the floors a lot we had to keep pressing button having two dogs and a child with disabilities we couldn't use the stairs.

Amazing value . Lovely hotel .

Amazing hotel we love it here . Fab value. Great choice for breakfast. Lovely to have swimming included . Beds very comfortable. Brilliant location right by shops pubs restaurants. Another lovely stay .

Found the hotel very hot this year .

Our bathroom was designed for a disabled person, no disrespect. Very small and again rust every time we ran the shower it made so much noise like an alarm Could not turn the hot water on the shower, only lukewarm

Amazing views from the room

I booked a cot and rang before leaving home to make sure there would be one available but there wasnt. Each time I asked at reception I was told there would be a cot in the room within the hour, got to 9.30pm for them to tell me there was non available

Great location! Easily accessible, enough room for 3 adults to fit comfortably. Pool and gym great addition.

Slow shower with no option to make hotter or colder and at an awkward height. The shower door also opens outwards which causes water to flood the floor, would be better with a curtain. Receptionist was rude upon arrival.
