Nice

Friendly staff, free parking, generally good quality and clean rooms with sound proofing and comfortable beds. Nice stopover hotel destination.

Swimming pool opening hours were unclear and did not match the website. Changing room floors and the pool itself were dirty. Overcrowded.

Well I book 2days to spend time with my son I end up spending 5 I really recommend Family and copies

The breakfast is your nice and the dinner menu could do with some more option. , but the food was lovely

Nice hotel, will return but in future will be aware surrounding inadequate bath mats

Location,very clean, staff werenice

My wife fell out of the bath after getting out of the shower after the bath mat slipped. Cut her leg and quite a few bruises.1st aider was kind. Manager came to see us and tested the mat and agreed that the bath mats provided did not stick securely. Still waiting for any kind of communication from the premises regarding this.

Superb

Comfortable bed, nice and quiet, lovely receptionist. Having a small fridge in the room was great. I didnt have a chance to use the other facilities as I was visiting family and we had a busy schedule. Free secure parking was a bonus.

The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker is a plus for me.

The fact that we have to pay for drinks and additional payment on certain foods in a booking that was a half board inclusive, that is, breakfast and dinner without prior notice. If a booking is breakfast inclusive, you don't tell customers that they can only have two sausages and no coffee, and those same should apply to other booking, half board or all inclusive as it is in other parts of cthe world. For Hiton Hotel Standard, this is a minus. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Glad I only stayed one night.

The lobby and the bar area were nice.

The room felt a bit dated and the cleaning wasnt great. There were crumbs on the table and hairs in the shower.

Start off with messed up room. Bar totally over priced for beer. Charged me to book card for room then couldn't use it had to pay again but never refunded me. As for breakfast for 20 each person, that was shocking. Loads to chose from but bacon was un edible, sausage were terrible, scrambled egg was tasteless and beans were cold.
