Lovely Christmas and new year.

Everything super nice. The pool bar at sunset, the room spacious and clean, breakfast with lots of choices. The beach is clean, golden sand and big with a lots of beach beds. The GM Oreste is the best Manager i have ever met, caring about your satisfaction and making your staying remarkable. The new year party was great, with delicious food and lots of gun! Just out of hotel you can find a small street with a lot of restaurant making fresh seafood bbq very cheap and delicious. Well be back.

Clean and excellent service

Affordable luxury spa and resort hotel. Great for a relaxing vacation. Fun entertainment program and excellent service. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Hotel restaurant is good. Best fries at Ocean Bar. Massages were great. We came here during Christmas. The hotel hosted nice festive events and even distributed cute Christmas cookies at each door.

Not the biggest pool in comparison to Crowne or Intercontinental. No Jet Ski offers from the hotel. Lots of families and loud kids.

Good breakfast & facilities

We had our stay during Xmas eve, enjoyed so much of the drinks and music at the poolside restaurant. The teenagers of our group love the hotel facilities, i.e. tennis, table tennis, gym, 2 swimming pools, etc. The breakfast buffet is really good, the choices is many.

Disappointing

The beach is incredibly beautiful, overall hotel zone is green and nice

We booked a room with an ocean view. Can you see the ocean or am I blind? My wife and I booked a twin bed room specially for the ocean view, but in the end we had to sleep separately and watched only palms. The staff on check in was selling us Accor membership for 10 minutes. We had a 20 hour flight and just wanted to go to the room and fall asleep, but he insisted for quite some time and tried to convince us that it's cheap and we have to buy it.

Breakfast variety good, pools , tennis court, gardens. Excellent currency exchange rate. Friendly staff

Extra bed had very hard mattress and uncomfortable. The blind in shower was a bit dirty and old looking . The button to switch shower to other water gun hard to use.

A lovely place to enjoy pool time and koi fish ponds throughout the hotel. Good value and a great place for families. Ocean View unit is a must. There is also a little night market in the area.
