Place is exceptional and one of a kind. The location is also unique. Food was quite good as well.

Waste of hard earned money

Frankly nothing really

NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND CARE ABOUT BEING TREATED WITH RESPECT. Had paid 14k for one night stay. Couple of reasons for this 1 star review. 1) Very poor room maintenance: Jacuzzi was dirty and had frogs coming from inside the machine when being used. The receptionist expected customer to call them to clean the machine up and use it afterwards without any hesitation. 2) No spa services: You will see that there is Spa services online and expect it will be available at the location. However they never mention that one has to book the spa a day in advance. How is anyone supposed to know that beforehand and someone who stays 1 day can practically get no spa 3) While booking on booking.com, checkout time was mentioned as 11am-12pm which "magically" changed later to 10am-11am. When I insisted to checkout at noon, i was treated with arrogance and rudeness threatening that they will charge 800 for extra hour. While giving all this feedback again at checkout, I was met with indifference and manager (Aziz or similar Muslim name) had the audacity to talk back and blame us for expecting so much.

1. The place was kept clean. 2. The food was decent. 3. Locations is nice, small patch of bad road, but otherwise good. 4. Staff is courteous.

1. Veg food selection can be improved. 2. If the request is for less spicy food, then the chef needs to adhere to it. We got spicy stuff in spite of asking otherwise. 3. Train staff well, twice we got wrong in-room dining bills. If we didn't check, then we would have paid higher. 4. Check room locks are working or not. Our sliding window door lock was not working, and I had to find my own solves of keeping it locked during the night. 5. Pls maintain extracurricular activity materials like archery in good working condition.
