Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at desk, on doors and in restaurants. Clean room. Great location next door to Termini station. HOHO bus outside the door.

A very minor issuechoosing floor in elevators was a bit challenging because getting the timing between card insertion and floor selection took some practice and skill.
