I did not like any thing either the resort doesnot have a good staff, they don't even treat customers as guests , Basic common sense doesn't have to behave , food is very bad & very very expensive. Not at worth for money

Breakfast, food, staff behaviour , specially on check out procedures they were literally throwing us out .

Not worth for the amount we paid !!!

Location is good next to the beach. The area is big enough and have some activity for the kids

The friendliness and welcoming from the staff are not there and it seems they are just working as a robot to finish their assigned task. The property overall needs lifting up specially in the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is definitely not being taken care and unhygienic especially high touch points (have shared picture for the reference). This was bought to their attention and they changed the kettle however there was no apology from anyone as they knew that we have already paid money.

Francis and Nagesh were exceptional at the restaurant.

The hotel said at check-in - outside food and drinks not permitted. That was too much. If they claim they are of a certain level, they should not have such constricted thinking.

Pathetic...spoilt our mood..avoid

Ok spread but very limited. Nothing great to talk abt. For 600-700 rs, I have taster better breakfast buffet in other 3 stars hotel and resorts in Goa with similar value. Nothing in the recreation areas, TT table broken from side to fix the net, no fans in open recreation areas, justa tin kind of shade.

Staff werent at all helpful. Only follow up there Nanu sales team did was for money. I checked in on 30 Sep around 8:30 pm after a long journey (informed abt late chk in). Got the last room available with a very small queen size bed wherein 2 beds were joined together. We had a 4 yr old kid with us and it was difficult to sleep. Considering the mattress which was old and very much soft, it wasnt easy to sleep at all. Ordered food at room and said nt to put in any kind of spices so tht kid can eat but thy had the same old prepared curry which had Spices and kid couldnt eat. Since my kid wasnt keeping well, and also, I had requested earlier also during booking for a late check out around 3-4pm so that we could rest and eat thr before leaving but wasnt entertained by their manager Shibu. I was wrongly mentioned tht the hotel is full but when we waited for 2-3 hrs in reception before leaving, i saw most of the rooms are vacant and still cleaning is going on the the room whr we stayed. Basically, thy didnt wanted to help customers in any mode. Do note tht this is 2nd Oct afternoon, when most guest were checking out after long weekend. All thy are good at is in false commitment. If you are visiting with family and friends, ps avoid this place Nanu resorts. You will get much better options in nearby areas for 5-7 K per day in nearby areas with much hospitable staff. In the kids play area, swings were broken and the main slide was broken (with red tape for not using it) Regards, Mainak

Good location, services can be improved.

The room was clean and the resort is beautiful and well maintained. It's also right next to a beautiful and secluded beach, which is very clean as well, and very different from other Goa beaches.

The mattress was uncomfortable, it was too soft and so it was difficult to maintain balance. The AC started leaking in the night after we had slept and in the morning there was a huge pool of water next to bed. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong. There was no set up box for TV viewing.
