No direct beach access. Good staff, surroundings. But needs upkeep.
Excellent surroundings. Very artistically designed props. Good seating area outside room. Very good food. Good hosts, friendly staff.
Toilet was a big disappointment. Jet spray was broken, commode seat was bad and main tap with shower was broken. Told the staff and all they did was give a smile and say the room is due for renovation! Another big disappointment was there is no direct access to the beach from the property. You hace to walk on the road till RK Wine and then go from there.

The villa is good and well maintained ..the garden is very beautiful.The staff was very kind and helpful..I had some medical emergency and the manager was very cooperative and kind enough to help us with the required arrangements at that moment..Good stay..

Okay stay but too many red flags - just avoid and find a better place.
Location was good as it sits between Mapro and Malas.
-The person responsible for the booking was not friendly at all. -The kitchen staff do not know proper way of cooking chicken, simply avoid at all cost as they tried to charge us for a dish was cooked like a rubber sandal. -The photos on the advertisement do not match with the reality. The rooms are lot smaller and the indoor social area is non-existent.

Its very close to beach. Property has beautiful wadi , where beetle nuts are grown

They didnt have rooms available in nandai villa, they asked us to move to some other place, that was very remote and even we cannot turn our Car properly.. we have to drop the plan to stay and curtail our trip and come back to base location same day because of this. if they didn't have room they should have rejected, they wanted us to pay same amount for a substandard room and remote location. It was very disappointing, as we cannot enjoy our weekend and have to cut short the plan.
