Not a 5 star hotel in terms of service

Gorgeous property and interior, amazing food for breakfast and to order, nice beach.

Looked tired at the end of the season, room was not clean and even with notice some things didnt get cleaned. If you are a solo female traveler nobody cares about you, you are left out by the staff

Luxurious resort, beautiful location, amazing staff

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Staff were always friendly and very accomodating to our needs. The hotel offers excellent views and direct access to Psarou beach, which is family friendly. There are free beach beds available to guests, which are patrolled by staff to ensure equity to all guests. There are many steps to the beach so might be hard for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and scented twice daily by housekeeping which we loved with 4 kids. Breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. There is a public bus just outside the resort which can take you to Old Town, the windmills, Little Venice. Platis Gialos which has lots of restaurants and a great nightlife is a 15 minute walk downhill, or accessible by bus.

We liked that all housekeeping requests could be made via Whats App and responses are prompt. No iron in the room but available on request. Laundry service prices were very expensive.
