Great hotel and even nicer staff!

Super great staff and even helped us find Chinese speaking tour groups.

Blanket was quite thin and air con is strong so I caught a cold on my first night in Chiang Mai :(

Location is a little out of the way but as a result it was very quiet even at new year

Feels like a giant hostel not a hotel room/lack of privacy and aging facilities

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Very lengthy introduction when I arrived with 10000 instructions on how to stay at the hotel. Very poor insulation, I woke up early every morning because it was so loud in the hallways, you could hear the neighbors next door very clearly (not a mumble but actual conversations). The bathroom was in need of a major refreshment in the shower area with visibly orange/mildewing caulking throughout, and the AC was operating very poorly.

Will return!

The staff were lovely, James was fantastic and everyone was super helpful, they had to change me of room but it was done swiftly, they also helped me book the elephant sanctuary visit and a fantastic massage. The hotel is super near the gated city and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main gate. Definitely would recommend the breakfast was also amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

On my second bedroom the bathroom didn't have a full division and after showering there was water everywhere

Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing. Located really close to the old city with plenty of restaurants/shops/temples and markets within walking distance. Large rooms (we had an interconnecting 2 bedroom suite) with comfy beds. Pool area was good with plenty of seating. Hotel arranged airport transfers for us and also booked us on an elephant camp trip.

Pool was quite cold. No vegetarian option for breakfast.

Great stay near Chiang Mai old city centre

Location, friendly staff, nice spacious and clean rooms

Not very sound proof. In the morning we woke up from a group that had early breakfast in the common area and in our room it felt like we were sitting at the table with them :-)

Great hotel with amazing staff

Great hotel with absolutely amazing staff. Staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. The room was very nice and had everything you need. We didn't use the pool area, so we can't judge it.
