Superb

A 2-floor hotel room that is not the usual hotel room that one gets.

This hotel is located very near to Station makes it very convenient for visiting around Shanghai. The room is exceptionally big with 2 floors so the three of us slept comfortably. There is a shopping mall and many cafes around the hotel making it very convenient to get food. The hotel is also clean and tidy.

All staffs are very polite. The sofa I feel a little bit unclean but it can be improved. Very convenient to have cleaning machine in the room.

Location - Nice and safe vicinity and very close to the metro station. Beds - 2 queen size beds in the loft unit. Breakfast - Simple and well organised. Friendly staff in the cafe. Doorman - Friendly and helpful

Cleanliness - The dirty toilet floor needs to be scrubbed. Dust on the tv console; hidden corners not cleaned. Cleanliness of the room is just passable. Aircon - Foul smell blowing out from the aircon unit. It needs servicing. Heater - The heater is not working. The room is very cold in winter. Receptionist - Unhelpful and do not smile at all.

Excellent value, lots of space and good location

It has lots of space and is very close to Metro Line 7 with plenty of amenity shops in the immediate vicinity.

The settee is a bit hard and not very comfortable but as it was not used much this was not really an issue.

I will stay again.

hotel is just less than 5-7min walk from Langao metro station. Luggage friendly. At Langao station, enough retail food stores to fill your stomach. There is also a supermarket too but supermarket does not accept Alipay do prepare cash. We commute to many of the major tourist spots via Langao and the common station to change is JingAn Temple. Navigation is never a problem. Hotel also provide Landromat services. 25RMB for either wash or dry. Cool.

Nothing to dislike about. perhap they can allow the window or balcony door open so that we can enjoy the city view.

The location is convenient, extremely close to Langao station. The breakfast varies every day with plenty of choices and it's delicious. There are also many dining options near the hotel. The staff provides excellent service.

Very good

A quiet and comfortable stay in Shanghai

Very close to Line 7 metro station, just a few metro stops away from Jing'An area. Nice buffet breakfast and nice staff. Room is small but comfortable and equipped with mini fridge and microwave.
