I had a great stay here. I want to thank Faith from the reception. She is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel has great securityman (with the red cap). Great spacious room for great price. Best location in Mtwapa as well.

Nice Hotel, terrible management.

Overall the place was nice, the beach was nice, the pool was nice and the rooms were nice.

When my wife checked in she was told that she could not have a friend visit her without paying extra for the room, was charge -double- because of this, and given a 'discount' to retain the preexisting agreed room. I had booked the room with dinner but it was not included after this and we were charged more than the cost of booking the exact same room with two people (dinner included). They also apparently refuse to allow you to bring outside food and drinks into the hotel at all, even to your room. The hotel was very nice but their policies and attitude greatly detracted from the overall experience. When I commented to them through booking I was ignored and there was no attempt even to explain their unreasonable decisions.

The reception was great, great staff. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and some variety. The pool was clean with a vibrant pool games coach.

Could do better with timely provisions in the room,had to remind the staff to provide water, towels. I got assistance from the hotel to unlock My room door, should check the doors.

I can give them 5/10

They did not inform me that their charges were less than what was quoted on the website.So I ended up paying more yet they knew. They should have informed me before. I found that to be very exploitative. Their foods and breakfast are just basic. Nothing out of the ordinary.

The staff was exploitative by choosing not to inform me about the current rates. Their breakfast was not so good. Just simple. A lot of dust in the room too.
