Disappointing

Breakfast is too good.

Got the junior suite instead of standard double room. My kids are not able to sleep comfortably in the provided sofa bed.

It was not as clean as expected We have stayed at mecure elsewhere and was expecting same quality and standard of cleanliness but this was old and smelt very bad in the room and very old

Pleasant but not worth $1000 for three nights

Good location, friendly staff

No streaming access on the TV, had to pay for WiFi, no hairdryer in the room, heating vent smelt of smoke

Air conditioner setting was locked by hotel, I guess. In hot summer, ac was at 22, I tried to lower it to 19, it comes back to 22, I have never experienced anything like this in any other hotel, informed the staff at reception, lady said someone will come fix it, no one came to fix it. Lady at the reception said she had called someone to fix it, she is not aware if they came or not, its her responsibility to check, if fixed or not. No toiletries like shower cap, were available in the bathroom. One bath towel was stained, other one had strands of hair in it.
