Best hotel in Cardiff.

Reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Went above and beyond. Excellence customer service. Highly recommend. Will be staying here regularly on my visits to Cardiff.

Nice enough to be a little disappointed with only one night

The location was well placed for our needs as well as close to the city centre itself. The staff were all lovely. For the price we paid we felt like we got a good deal from our room and facilities.

- staff were friendly - bed was very comfortable and room was nice and clean - Leisure facilities were nice and its great that they are open to guests

- the phone in the room didn't work for room service, and when i called front desk they didn't answer - waited 10 mins at bar to be served, although there were staff who could see we were waiting and there was no queue - check in queue was long - the heating/ fan in the room was very loud - changing rooms for pool were very messy
