Hotel Indigo - Cardiff received praise for its exceptional customer service, beautiful bespoke rooms, and rooftop bar with lovely views. Some guests experienced noise issues but were promptly moved t (Read More)o quieter rooms. The central location was convenient, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good amenities. Exceptional

Luxury for the fantastic price!

The Welsh touches throughout the hotel. It has a very cosy feel to it, with warm touches throughout. A perfect stay in central Cardiff to access the shops & amenities easily. Loved it ! Ive stayed there twice now as well as my family having stayed once, and Ill be back for another stay soon.

I love how the Welshness of the hotel. With Welsh tweed blankets, images of welsh culture & sheeps wool scattered around the hotel.

Superb

Great hotel in the centre of Cardiff

Quiet room, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, great location, staff were very friendly and room was ready a little earlier than the scheduled 3pm check in. Breakfast was OK; parked in Sophia gardens for 3 days, 40 for 7 days but cheaper than the other NCP car parks even with a disount and a lot safer, 10 mins walk across the river.

Easy and peaceful

I like how central the property is to the city centre. The staff were so so welcoming!. The decor has so much character which makes it welcoming too.

This is going to sound dramatic but the lighting in the room isnt great for putting make up on, I think adding good lighting to a dressing table is important for every woman. No woman wants to stand at the bathroom sink getting ready, young or old haha. But thats about it, everything was perfect otherwise!

Disappointing

Lovely hotel ruined by the breakfast experience.

Beautiful large room with a comfortable bed and generally friendly staff.

Appalling breakfast experience. I arrived at 9am (we had to specify a time in advance) and was given coffee and my friends arrived 5 minutes later. After that we were pretty much ignored. Had to ask to order hot breakfasts (and drinks for my friends which at least came promptly) then waited and waited for our breakfasts. We were losing interest by this point but chased and had to wait a further 10 minutes for breakfasts that were finally served cold just after 10am - apologies offered but no explanation given for the delay.
