The Cardiff Marriott Hotel boasts a brilliant location with pleasant staff and spotless rooms, though some guests found the air-handling system noisy. Guests enjoyed upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, (Read More) and good customer service. The hotel offers secure parking, a classy bar and restaurant, and is centrally located for shopping and nightlife. Some minor issues with showers and breakfast labeling were noted, but overall guests would happily stay again.

Everything. The hotel is spot on for location. We were meeting friends from Swansea and although we are living in Cardiff we joined them and also stayed.

Good but lacked any wow factor
Central location. On site parking.
Price of parking too high. Safe didn't work in room. Basic tea and coffee making facilities, no better than a Travelodge. Bar prices were ridiculous. Shower was very narrow.

Very pleasant staff mostly. Very clean, nice enough room but a bit noisy. But it was New Years eve after all.
