Not too bad!

Right at the heart of the city near the central train station. It had a clean bathroom and kitchen at the ground level for guests who wanted to make their own meals.

Room was dirty with no curtains for privacy for individuals bunk beds it was so awkward. One wall fan which was not working and hard to reach. Window that is hard to open. The kitchen smelled funky

Well equipped hostel with good bathroom facilities and nice lounge/bar area.

Rooms were a bit stuffy if the windows were closed to prevent city noise. Lounge area seemed to retain an odour.

Overall good vibes!

The common areas were great, staff was super friendly and really helped when I needed to change rooms. The bathrooms were clean! Stayed in another hostel in Melbourne, and YHA has better vibes - this hostel is super fun, people are friendly and is located in a convenient spot. Would recommend!

Not the most comfortable rooms, really flimsy bunk beds (someone moves, and the whole bunk bed moves) and no outlets near the bed. Not enough bathrooms for the whole floor, only 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Superb

everything was good, just an ordinary hostel conditions

there was real inconveniencethe laundry & dryer were available only with coins and there was no possibility for cash out (so I had to get coins at supermarkets which was kinda annoying)
