Mayookham - Comfortable stay

Courteous staff, location near the temple, room / balcony, breakfast

Price on higher end, rooms without some basic amenities (e.g. telephone not working, no mini fridge, etc), restaurants require pre-ordering, maintainence work ongoing...

Just okay for the price (maybe?)

The view outside the window is breathtaking. Staff are really professional, accommodating and friendly.

Lack of attention to details - blankets don't match on the two twin beds in my room (both were different colors). Also the blanket looks like it's from the 80s. Also there were stains on the bedsheets which looked really sus. The TV is way too small for the room.

Excellent stay and amazing trip.

Breakfast was a feast. Healthy, hot food to start your day is such a blessing. Besides the spread, the staff are cordial and helpful to attend to any other requirements you may have. For example, for our 6-yr old daughter, we had to request bread-butter/curd/omellete made a certain way and they went all out of their way to help us. Very grateful. The small children's play area was a huge hit and such a relief !!

Toiletries provided could have been better and everything including towels are provided for 2 adults but nothing for the child.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are neat and clean and Staffs were very helpful .

Location was near to Tirunelli temple

Overall good place to stay if you are visiting Thirunelli. Staff is good.. Special thanks to Manager Nithin who is excellent in his work and knows what is meaning of great customer service

all of us were quite happy with the stay. the staff were very helpful and jovial.

they ought to provide coffee sachet as well along with tea. a floor towel for bathroom would be good. add in some toiletries. we did nit have to use wifi - so we did nit check availability.
