Not bad for the busy period but not worth the money.

Good place to stay

The dog accommodation is excessively expensive at $150 per night, and the provided pet food is of low quality, not endorsed by any vet. Additionally, the bed becomes uncomfortably hot at night, and the non-breathable quilt had to be abandoned, relying on the air conditioning to maintain a cooler environment.

Wonderful room!

Fantastic room, stylish and large. Loved the bathroom and comfortable arm chair. Great location to shops and restaurants. I thought the price was very reasonable

Booked the New Years Hennessey rooftop bar event ( the bar is in the hotel), very disappointing! the advert read as if staff would be walking around serving canapes, would be a great atmosphere and music. Instead a table with sandwiches and a basic sushi roll, and lots of sweets, left over from afternoon tea? Music 'old', just seemed cheap in its atmosphere.

Great location.

Great location, in the middle of the city. Didn't even need use our car or public transport to get around. Room was a good size with ample storage spaces.

Even though it was lovely, we didn't think paying the extra $150/ night for our small dog to stay was value for money. But I guess it was worth the convenience of having her with us in our city holiday.

A great hotel and location. Clean, safe and highly recommended.

I had a lovely, quiet room with a view too. The hotel was helpful, clean, safe and a very good location for a wander to the market area and also the shops! I would highly recommend.

The location and the size of the hotel

Rooms were too small and the bed was too small and the bathroom was too small Stained furniture couldve done with a clean Bathrooms also Shower couldve been a bit cleaner
