Memories that will be cherished forever

Very customer focus . Front office staff Mr Narasimha KV went out of the way to accommodate our request . We had wonderful family time due to his support as our son could join us during our stay. During stay as well, the entire staff was polite and very supportive . The housekeeping staff was very kind and accomodating .The room was spacious and view of city landscape was wonderful

Size and quality of room; good sound proofing; location

-Repugnant smell on our floor L11 (carpet? sewage?) -many small hickups in service giving overall impression that operations are not running properly (although stafff friendly and keen to help) -substandard breakfast and dinner options; buffet not great and grossly overpriced compared to other leading hotels

Overall the facilities are good but the all the staffs need to be re-training again.

The room is big and comfortable.

1. The staff told me my package did not include free 2 pieces washing every day. But I told them I had confirmed through talking with their reservation department. And the reception never come back for my question. 2. i had asked to manage the room with my friend next door. This never happened. 3.there were lots of issues with my friends booking. Eventually the hotel was over booked but they seems it is our fault. They asked us to move the room for two days until we argued with them then they said we can stay in the same room. 4. Actually the breakfast is not really good. 90%of the food are cold. 5. i felt this is not tourist friendly. Mainly specific for business persons or whom have contracted with them.

All is great. Nice staff and services. Cleaned room. Great spot for travelling around city.

I like service mind of staff there. They work hard.

I want more variety on the breakfast. There was no option for beef or pork -- I realized it's about the culture but still need them. I stay there for 3 nights and breakfast pretty much the same menu.

Won't come to this property again, don't expect this from Marriott group

Rooms were very spacious, location was also suitable for me

The bread toaster I'm the restaurant was out of order for 2 days. The restaurant was out of tomato ketchup The restaurant manager dint even bother to come and meet me after sending 2 reminder Restaurant and staff was a horrible experience
