Could be a whole lot better experience

While the property has some nice aspects such as being 2-3min walk from a beautiful quiet beach, great landscaping and gardens, comfortable beds, and nice balconies, the rest leaves much to be desired. The pictures lead you to believe it is beachside or at least has views of beach from property, but it does not - very misleading photos, esp of the restaurant/tables on the beach and pool seemingly overlooking the beach. Neither is true.

I do not recommend staying here. We experienced many problems during our stay - namely, (1) a lack of hot water entirely, and then no water in fact, on both days we stayed which is a real let down to not be able to have a proper shower; (2) the food was not very good at all; (3) it was raining slightly and they would not bring food to the room, even though they are supposed to have 'room service', they said they can't accommodate in the rain, which is silly and very bad customer service; (4) we were leaving at 8am for the airport and asked to have a taxi booked and our bill ready - the bill was not prepared and the taxi was 30 minutes late!!! 30 minutes!!! we rushed to make our flight which is a stressful way to end a trip; (5) they would not serve beer to the pool area, (6) the wifi did not work. Add that on to the fact that in the rooms, there is no TV or hairdryer or kettle or cups. And the toiletries are very basic, just a bar of soap and packet of shampoo. For the price of the rooms, they need to have nice bathroom toiletries. The manager was fairly unhelpful in many regards, most especially during the missing/late taxi booking to the airport. I'd recommend this property must train their management staff better, and recognize for this price you need a much higher level of property amenities and customer service. Or, perhaps lower their prices significantly if they are unable to provide. They've really missed the mark here.

A Luxurious Leisure Stay within budget.

The Property is just a walk away from the Odayam Beach which is often deserted. They have a clean swimming pool too. The staffs are very courteous & a big shout out to Mr.Nijad who assisted us in everything. Totally the property is worth the money you spend.

They need to work on the Hot Water requirement in the Bathroom. The water is not even lukewarm. The breakfast menu could be improved.

Best stay!

The stay was pretty good. Nice ambience and the swimming pool was maintained properly. The cottage is very near to the sea which makes it even better.Nijad was a very good care-taker who arranged everything for us smoothly (Bike, Kayaking adventure, etc.). I would recommend this place for couples 10/10.
