Excellent choice for parents with small kids

Extremely child friendly, very good buffet and plenty of activities for little ones. Zoo right next to it it's amazing, we have visited every day

Exceptional

Everyone enjoyed the stay: kids loved the water facilities, adults enjoyed being catered for.

Two pools on the property with easy reach suitable for all ages. Staff work hard to make sure dining area alwaqys has free tables clean and served. Benidorm beach is a 15 min drive away. Waterpark and zoo are great additions to the package.

Not a fan of sparkling wine in the room minibar. Would rather have more beer or water instead.

Magica Natura without the Magic

The aqua park

Room wasnt ready on arrival When room was ready it actually wasnt was undergoing maintenance to the AC unit (concerning) Didnt let us know room was ready Couldnt get a towel until 4pm for the pool as Closed??! Had to pay 1 for your cup to have a drink by the pool!! Had to pay 10 deposit for each towel by the pool when we eventually got one. We upgraded to AI which was a rip off, wasnt told the other restaurants werent included so had to pay a supplement to use them. Room wasnt cleaned properly on day2, left with dirty coffee cups and glasses. When we rang reception to request them they said they would send over, nobody arrived. Cabin smelt horrendous, damp and mouldy. We had to shower with shoes on. We paid a lot of money for a terrible experience. Aqua park is the only thing going for the place. The list is endless on this place, it really needs a refurb asap. Joined a certain group on social media site and as soon as I agreed with someones comment on the cleanliness of the place, I have been removed and the group has vanished.

We loved it here. We only stayed one night and our children loved it, couldve stayed another few more days. Great value

So much to do for our two children. They loved it here! They were kept well entertained. Will Definetly return here as the kids were entertained from morning until night. Check in was amazing. We turned up at mid day and got to use all facilitys until our room was ready at 5pm. Who needs your room early when you have lots for the kids to do. Kids had the kids club foam water party. Water slides in the pool. Disco & arcades! Happy kids = happy parents. Wish we had taken more photos to show other guests. All of our photos have our children in them & prefer to keep these private.

Didnt really bother us as we will Definetly stay again and request this room. The bungalow /chalet we stayed in was located at the end and it was more early morning that we could hear other guests very loudly talking. Again this didnt really bother us. Our children love to lie in after being entertained all night. They loved it here.

Great resort but limited care.

The room is clean and well equipped. Theres a lot on offer on the site and the ultra all inclusive allows you to use their other resorts in Benidorm, which was really handy.

Our son was injured and hospitalised following an incident with the jacuzzi filter. The resort staff are clearly stretched very thinly and just didnt seem to care. We were offered no help or compensation, and I highly doubt theyll take any steps to prevent such accidents happening again. it really took the shine off our holiday. The bathroom drain also made the cabin smell bad. We had to place a towel over it and keep the bathroom door closed.

The zoo next door and the water park were close by. that is a nice feature.

the food was cold, we complained several times about this. the swimming pools were all cold, my nephews didnt want to get in the water as they found it uncomfortable. we as adults didnt particularly like it either. the drains send a sewage smell through the hotel especially during the entertainment in the evening (which starts at 6, then finishes at 9) then further kids entertainment doesnt start until 10pm which is too late for kids and adults. they messed up my booking, waited 40 minutes to check in. wanted me to go back the next day and I have now realised theyve taken way more money out than agreed. it isnt good enough, I am never a complainer but this time it really was horrific.

-food ,location, nice view

-Lack of information about bus timetable and tranfers -sometimes long wait to speak to the reception -internet connection and hotel own apps was really bad. -1 bedroom lodge was too small for a family if 3 ( 2 adult , 1 child)
