Superb

Lovely hotel.

Rooms were a good size and had everything needed for the trip. Staff were all polite and helpful

The spa wasnt open which I wasnt aware of when we booked.

I booked the hotel as it had a spa but when on arrival the spa has been closed and will be for the foreseeable future. I also asked for room service which was advertised but i was told it was unavailable so i had to order from just eat

C Power Grand Luxor

Room was great, spacious, comfortable. Great views. Breakfast was good.

Shower in bathroom was very poor, no safety rail to hold when stepping out, no curtain or screen so water went everywhere! Bit risky getting in and out of Bath. I used the spa Bath but dirt in the tubes ended up floating in the water! Bit disgusting. Not up to standard of hotel. Hair dryer got extremely hot to hold very quickly. Needed to wrap it in a towel to hold it long enough to dry hair. Expected bath robes and slippers as standard for 5 star hotel. We requested them but were refused. Couldn't even pay for them!! Bit of a walk from hotel to town so needed the car. Enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return.

Excellent no problem recommending it to others .

Every part of the hotel was well kept, clean and pristine from the room to the grounds. Breakfast was exceptionally good I have read some negative comments but couldnt fault it so much choice

Being picky more tea bags and coffee and milk would be good for the tea and coffee .only enough for one cup

First impressions very good cleanliness perfect staff very nice.

We were a group of six friends one of the reasons we booked three nights was so we could use the spa and indoor facilities. But none of them were open or available. Had we known we would have only booked two nights and booked another night somewhere else Regards Brian Kiernan

Staff need to smile. This would lift hotel from a 7 to a 9.

Lovely hotel

Average food. Staff rude. Especially towards the end of dinner when they want to clear up. Staff took our food when we went for a drink. She was extremely rude when we told her that we had only just got our food.
