Everything was great Staff excellent Good location villa was very clean

i didn't like Booking.com they made problems with the communication i had to contact the hotel direct to sort out the problem........ i received poor emails from booking.com with bad information I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN WITH Booking.com I will go direct to the hotel , I was very disopointed with booking.com

Great location and villas we're top class

Expected the private pool to be bigger as you couldn't swim in it. Only knee high water . Beds were a bit uncomfortable

Fantastic family stay

We had the most fantastic experience at the grand luxor village. The veiw was fantastic, the villa was very clean and alot bigger than we imaged. The Children loved chilling in the salt water pool. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the omelette lady being our favourite in particular.

We didn't like leaving, i definitely recommend booking longer than 2 nights.

Modern, spacious, great pool, beds a bit to be desired for

No USB chargers No room service No gym They wouldnt make the bed into a double/queen despite my pre request to do this No laundry facilities (only the expensive drop off via bag service, which isnt available on weekend) The on site cafeteria / handy mart is rubbish Long walk to the main hotel for breakfast

Villa's amazing, nice little plunge pool, larger infinity pool close by, nice bed & bathrooms

Didn't have breakfast but loved the villa, its decor, the size and the pool. The outside area was also plenty spacious for 6 of us. The downside was location, in 4 days we spent 250 euros as each time we went out in the day and in the evening we had to take 2 taxi's each time. A shuttle bus would have been good. The free entry to the waterpark and zoo was much appreciated as once in it was expensive, had to pay for waterproofing phone, locker, sunbeams and Ringo's!

The location. In the middle of nowhere, a very tiny and limited onsite mini-market, no pavements so too dangerous to walk so totally reliant on taxi's. They were easy enough to get, asked the reception and a taxi within 5 minutes but a bit annoying. The hotel/village should have its own shuttle bus for town and the attractions.
