Superb

Very comfortable stay for New Years

The staff are very accommodating. The hotel is well maintained. They have 2 pools on 2 separate locations. The smaller one is nice if you prefer less people. The bigger one gets crowded very fast.

I recommend upgrading their tv into a smart tv with option for Netflix and other streaming platforms. Also upgrade the coffee set up into a coffee pod since this is a relatively high-end hotel.

Worst hotel ever , will not stay again!

location.. location and location only.

Breakfast buffet is not good like it used to be 5 yrs ago. Stayed here for over 2 weeks and I get the same breakfast buffet every single day. Taste bland and not fresh. My room has a lot of cockroaches, and in the elevator too. there were used false eyelashes stuck in the dresser mirror. there was a pair of soiled shorts inside the cabinet , so I don't know what kind of cleaning they do in their rooms. The bathroom sink is always clogged. The hotel room service takes forever. Super slow room service. My 8 year old niece who loves to swim got traumatized because of too much chlorine chemicals in their pool. She got so dizzy and did not want to swim in their pool again!

the hotel is clean and staffs are accommodating. the beds are big enough and comfortable.

the room has 2 queen beds which is actually good for 4 people but only indicated good for 2 people and requires to pay extra for the additional 2 people without needing additional bed.
