5 star, great staff

Staff were the best - the female manager assisted us to book transport to an outstation and provided us with a fabulous packed breakfast for the journey. All before the restaurant opened for breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable The art throughout the hotel.

Exceptional Hotel, and safe area with exceptional service

Everything was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and nicely presented. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect. I couldnt rate this any higher. It was fantastic.

No for Thursdays

Please do not stay there on Thursdays since there is a big party in the restaurant (Olive) that is just under the hotel. I could not sleep until 5 am because the music was super loud and the whole room was tremblingly due to a buffer. It was like trying to sleep in a club. Horrible experience!! The fact that the restaurant is owned by the same company that owns the hotel is disappointing. How can you do that to your guests? How can you care so little about your guests that you don't mind running their sleep? That night called several times to reception to complain and they did not care. Luckily the reception staff the next day was resourceful and they offered me to change the room to another one far away from the restaurant, although smaller than the one I had. I could finally rest. I liked the fact that the room was always very clean and the location was close to the beach and nice restaurants around. That's why I decided to stay instead of leaving, plus they changed my room.

Apart from the terrible night on Thursday due to the loud music at the restaurant downstairs, I would remark that the reception area is very close and there is not any other common space in the whole hotel. There is no parking area neither.

Loved our stay!

Wonderful small hotel with friendly, helpful and polite staff, and excellent facilities. We loved the ambience of the "Out of the Blue" restaurant and dined there each evening enjoying delicious meals. We loved our 3-night stay!

Only problem was the loud booming from nearby Olive Bar's Music Night every Thursday till 2AM!

Very interesting art hotel which is different to the norm. Rooms were large and individually styled.

Very good

An original boutique hotel and a great location for both business and leisure travellers

Good location -not far from Bandra and Juhu Beach, while only 25 minutes by car from the airport. A lot of nice cafes, restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance too. The rooms are clean and very originally decorated. Breakfast is simple but complete (eggs in any style, paratha, dosa etc.). Staff is very friendly and polite -special thanks to the smiling reception desk lady, who is extremely responsive. I will definitely come back! :)

Evening/Night staff can be slow even for simple requests -it's better to deal with day staff for quick responses. The A/C is a bit loud. Hooks on the wall behind the entrance door would be very helpful in the room. Wi-Fi doesn't work so well. I used my mobile hotspot instead.
