If I returned to Chiang Mai, I'd stay there again for sure.

Such lovely staff, always smiling and going out of their way to go the extra mile. Fantastic location, right in the thick of it.

Nice pleasant hotel and lovely staff

Location & staff.

We experienced a loss of the hot water and the cards for the room did not work and had to change. However the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive and sort it all out .is nothing bad about property we didnt like it.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Hotel is small which we really liked and actually quiet. Rooms nice, location was great, all staff were attentive

Pool in the shade, a couple of loungers by the pool would be good. Showers were awful and need changing/looking at as water would go very hot

Hotel very near one of the most important Wat in the city

The room was quite large and very comfortable. The free mini bar with water, soft drinks, fresh fruit and snacks was a very pleasant surprise. The shower was great and the bathroom amenities were excellent.

I have only a couple of minor complaints- the room could have been cleaner as I noticed the cleaning seemed to be just where you could see the results. (Please clean behind the TV and the ledge underneath the sink which is visible from the bedroom.) The floors were very slippery - do not wear your socks in these rooms! Finally there may not be much that can be done about this but any hint of food would attract little tiny bugs.

pleasant friendly staff and clean facilities.

staff went out of there way to assist in every matter. Especially Toi, was super friendly and great with helping with tours , transportation, and restaurant suggestions and reservations. Thanks Toi!
