Amazing would recommend

We were fortunate to stay in both Larisa Beach and their sister hotel in Mandrem. Beautifully designed and the staff are incredibly helpful and fantastic food (no restaurant at the beach hotel)

On the beach it is very noisy from the clubs but definitely worth a stay for a few nights to be so close to the beach and all the bars and nightlife

The resort is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures however the breakfast menu & quality was average and the service had a long waiting time. Given the premium this property charges in peak season and being next to some great eateries, would love to see them amp up their food service, variety and quality.

Just ok! And no value for money

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good!

The rooms were not value for money and the AC wasn't working well and had to sleep with fans on after paying 20.000 INR per night. The bathroom doors were trusted and couldn't close it. In general the room was not worth 20k at all. This is by no means. Resort. ..just 8 rooms and looks at beach ...hardly any place to walk around. Although I liked the staff, I wouldn't stay here again unless price is reasonable.

overpriced! location is good with respect to nearby clubs but the sea beach infront was dirty. rooms were basic and not worth all that money. service was very average. no common area or restuarant at the premises. will not recommend.

It was unsanitary, unsafe, and ruined my weekend in Morjim. I had to rebook a different hotel

CAUTION this property has multiple health & safety issues! I was forced to leave the next morning and book a different accommodation! - sewage water blocking private beach access. I was directed to walk down the road to access the beach (see picture) - shower did not drain - Water eventually stopped working (see picture) - safety lockbox did not work (see picture) - property across the street had direct line of sight to my front door, knowing when I was home or not - multiple electricity and wifi blackouts - property cat interrupting our breakfast and hissing at my partner Larissa has made ZERO attempt to apologize or acknowledge my request for refund!

The room is very pricey..The room didnt have any tv which is expected when you are paying 15k -16 k per night for the room. There was a lot of power cuts during our stay.the beach is a little bit far away than the photos .the food was also ok ok .the out side area of the resort which was facing the sea was very dirtylots of clogged up water and lot of garbage dump right out side the resort.it was not good to look at garbage first thing when get out the room to see the ocean.Couldnt cross it to go to beach. They should keep it clean for the sake of their customers the dirty area can attract lot of mosquitoes.

Perfectly situated right in front of Morjim beach and near a lot of good shacks.

Hard to reach and locate as it is in a by lane. The room and the bathroom was not clean and there were a lot of mosquitoes when we checked-in. Also charging a premium for location is okay as long as you can back it up with facilities which this property clearly does not.
