Pleasant

Very nice lobby, large room, nice bathroom, very roomy and loved the Dove soaps.

Room smelled of animals, which is most likely due to carpeting..unfortunate.

We loved the location and cleanliness.

We didn't like breakfast at all.....ate the same breakfast for 3 days and last day we didn't even eat. Need to change the breakfast menu and add more as no fruits were available

Good room. Nasty staff.

Nice rooms.

Reception desk person (around 4 pm) was surly. When our key card didnt work she acted like we didnt know what we were doing. Next one didnt work either. I asked for a different room. (Up and down ) New room key worked. Turns out even their master key didnt work which we saw as it was the room next door. Way too much attitude , no apologies. Very unpleasant. The morning person was quite different and very helpful.

Clean, great breakfast and coffee bar, modern/up to date, love the Dove personal care products and shower

Our body wash bottle was empty, it was kinda frustrating to find out halfway through my shower that I didn't have body wash. Sheets weren't in the room for the pull out sofa bed. I was too tired after traveling to go search for them, We just used a blanket for a mattress cover. We went for breakfast at 845 and put our belongings in our vehicle. We came back to find our room being cleaned for the next person, checkout was posted to be at 11. We didn't have access to our room until 11.

Selected because of the value, but overall safety of the property questionable

Looked new

Room smelled like cigarette smoke , could smell weed coming from some of the rooms . The first night someone opened door and tried to get in while we asleep. Luckily we had the safety bar on . Apparently keys were issued to someone else. Second night awaken 1 am by loud music and some commotion. At breakfast witnessed a guest clearly high on narcotics.staff either didnt care or didnt want to get involved.

I had to wait since there was only 1 person at the front desk for about 10 Min since the staff member was getting blankets for someone else
