Very poor

Dirty in the extreme

Utter horror. The toilet hadn't even been flushed! Nicely built hotel but never cleaned, it seems it was built about 10 years ago and has never even once seen a bleach.

Everything was grimy and smelly. The staff were surly. Just avoid it. For the same money there are genuine hotels where you won't need a shower after you touch the bathroom

Dreadful Experience

Absolutely nothing

Pathetic location. The hotel was a nightmare from the rude staff to the musty smell in the room. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the noise from the trains as the hotel is just next to railway tracks, made it impossible to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. In addition to the uncomfortable bed and unhelpful staff, the constant loud clattering from the kitchen echoed through the walls, making it feel like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a restaurant. Faucets in the bathroom also didnt work properly. The overall experience was beyond disappointing

Very good

The hotel was fantastic, with helpful reception staff and a market nearby. All the gadgets were in great condition in the room. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Kurla.
