La Fattoria Resort received positive reviews for their staff, with specific mentions of Faith, Biko, Rose, and the chef. Some rooms were still under construction, but were described as lovely. The ho (Read More)tel provided excellent service, with attentive staff and daily room cleaning. The meals were superb, with experienced chefs and efficient waiters. The location was safe for walking at night and easily accessible by taxi or public transport. The hotel also had a nice pool and was located near Nyali beach. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced.

It was a lovely stay and the swimming area with monkeys was something that was mesmerising.

Breakfast and customer service

The infrastructure renovations that were going on during our stay. The fact that it wasn't so family friendly due to loud music and alcohol consumption on Saturday night. Rowdy walk-in clientele that were disruptive. Lack of communication amongst the staff as I had to explain myself during bill payment as handover wasn't correctly done.

Evrything in general, But mostly i like how Waiter and waitress were serving us, espeacially Rose shes very decent.

Okay for a mini trip/short stay.

The property is decent. However, many improvements are needed e.g. quality of breakfast, better room service, and prompt response in case of any personal request.

Slow speed in case of personal response. Lack of hot water shower Breakfast (one of the days) was not a buffet.
