Multiple pools to select from, fabulous and fair-priced massages on-site, quiet with no kids around, some very attentive, friendly staff - particular mention and thanks to Lee and Sankrip. Eventually got the Ground Floor Terraces we had booked (nearly 11mth previously) - it meant a couple of room moves which was a little bit inconvenient and not assisted by the hotel. Beds are on the firm-side, but not rock hard like others in Thailand we have experienced. Fabulous location - honestly, this is the biggest draw card of this resort. Small, well lit rooms.

Very large resort, with a very large population of a certain cultural group. We knew this going into it. This group are +60yr and generally very unfriendly- will walk straight at you. This group proliferates the front pools. Other reviews on various sites have referred to these pools as being like nursing homes, and I won't disagree with this. It creates a rather melancholic vibe unfortunately. We found the beach far better vibe!

Our room was nice, lots of space for a family of three. Liked being on the beach. Friendly staff.

Smoking areas near main entries - not ideal location for those of us who do not like smoking. Hallways and main entry from drop off were depressing. Did not feel like a 5 star place.

Really fabulous place!

Really great location next to the beach. There were loads of nice restaurants near the hotel which made it really nice for the evening. The food at the hotel was also very nice I must say. The rooms were clean, good aircon, and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful whenever needed and friendly.

We were situated on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy in the morning / evening with people coming and going but not too bad

Exceptinal experience at Sunprime

I loved everything abogut this resort.it's so peaceful at this adult only resort It's right on the beachfront. Plenty of space at breakfast. Excellent location. Great food. The hotel does transfers. It was a truly agreat experience. It's right next to massage Parlors, returned and markets.

Breakfast was good but change in menu for a few items would be welcomed.

A wonderful week of relaxing in stunning surroundings

Staff very friendly and helpful Room kept very clean Gardens were beautiful So many pools and places to sit Right on beach Easy to walk to restaurants and bars Breakfast was excellent and plentiful

Laundry prices were very high per item. For example 30 tbt per pair of pants. Elsewhere 100 tbt per kilo. We booked taxi to airport for 9.45 domestic flight for which we needed to be there by 8.15. Said we needed to leave at 6am. However we arrived by 6.30 so neednt have got up so early
