The architecture,landscaping and upkeep or property is great. Staff is very courteous and accommodating of all requests.

Very overpriced. Lack of a good spa and gym facility is a let down when the prices are so high. The spa had only one bed and no female therapist during the time of our stay.

Outstanding. I travel with work and leisure and this is without doubt - the best place I have ever stayed. Staff went above and beyond. I want to single out the exceptional service from Sunesh, Latish, Nitesh and Savin. But this doesnt include the names of the amazing women who looked after our room. They served us with patience and a friendly smile everyday Thank-you for a wonderful weekend getaway from Bangalore and Delhi. Hope to see you again

A bit of extra training to staff is all it needs but they were great mostly!

Superb

One of the best - if not the best stay in Gokarna

The location, the staff, and the sheer amount of thought which went behind developing the property. The rooms are quite amazing and very comfortable. Most would say getting to the property is difficult due to the rutty approach road.. but in my view this only adds to the exclusivity of the place..

Upkeep of the property could be a tad bit better. In general the property is really well maintained. But a few small niggles like a slightly dirty bed runner and a very squeaky wooden floor can be slightly annoying at this price point. However, the warm and cordial behaviour of the staff do make up for it..

The property is rightly scaled with only six rooms, yet feels expansive and luxurious. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and with its carefully curated artefacts and a vast array of books, one feels at home in this amazing property.

If there is anything I would nitpick , its the food. The food lacks the personality and character that such a place demands. The menu, though eclectic and with a mix of international and local offerings, lacks in authenticity and passion.
