Outstanding hotel in the heart of Salzburg

Outstanding hotel with great rooms and really well located.

There was a problem with the coffee machine during breakfast... ultra-picky, though, since they brought everyone coffee on request! A really great hotel.

The position of the hotel is great - near the center and its own parking. The room was clean, with wonderful view to the fortress. The stuff was polite, informative and kind. We really liked our stay there.

Good experience but room is slightly too small

Check in was fast and the hotel looked new. The room had all required amenities and was also modern. The bar has good prices for drinks.

The staff was nice but seemed slightly condescending at times. Just a feeling, but not excellent. The room is also very small so doesnt have space for big luggages nor a wardrobe

Great hotel in a central location

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We went early December to visit the Christmas markets. It was very central allowing us to walk to many of the markets and tourist attractions in the old town. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Unfortunately there was a staff short during our stay and therefore the onsite restaurant wasnt open for main evening meals. We had an issue with housekeeping forgetting to clean our room for our five night stay which wasnt very good. It was rectified with a discount on our stay which I appreciate. However this only occurred when I made a very strong point of how numerous reception staff failed to sort the original problem out.
