Perfect!

Location. Staff. Simplicity of booking and great communication with staff. Arrived early and went touting. Staff put bags in room for our return. So close to train, metro, bus, convenience stores, amazing restaurants and shops. This is our second stay at the property and we will definitely return.

Luxury in Shinjuku

Location was perfect. Right in shinjuku but a street behind the busy part. The room size was huge and very comforting. The bath and shower was the reason i booked the room and it did not disappoint. I booked this room for Christmas and it was worth every dollar

We enjoyed it and plan to stay again

The location was close to the jr Shinjuku but on a quiet street just a block from the main road, so it wasn't noisy even outside the hotel. Lawsons McDonald's, coffee shops restaurant drug stores were with the block plus takashimaya a major department store was about a block away

It wasn't always clear when the rooms were finished cleaning. It's not just with this hotel but in general Japanese hotels don't have enough trash containers
