Found a dead cockroach with the towels, which could definitely be avoided if cleaned right.

A beautiful, spacious villa with perfectly maintained interiors. Great for families and friends, it's comfortable. Cheryl and her team take excellent care of the villa, keeping it spotless. Cheryl is always ready to help with any issues or services. Even if the weather isn't great, the stay is enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this amazing place for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Goa.

Absolutely amazing place. Wonderful rooms and interiors, one room even had a Jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the villa was super clean. The pool was fantastic as well. Had a very good stay.

This villa in Siolim, Goa, surpassed all expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious decor and plenty of space. The garden area was meticulously maintained and provided a tranquil escape. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional service. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Goa. Also, Cheryl is a wonderful host who was really nice and provided us with great service.

3BHK Luxury villa near North Goa

One of the best luxury villa experiences I've ever had in Goa. Location is ideal for those looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of North Goa, yet close enough to travel to. Top notch hospitality from Mrs Cheryl and her staff; very friendly yet professional. The villa in itself is the best for its price. It's family friendly as well as for a group of friends to hangout. No question about the cleanliness, the decor, the attention to minute details. Overall experience was excellent, and I'm looking forward to visit this place again.

Simply fabulous having experienced warm hospitality and clean, comfortable accommodation

Well furnished accommodation suitable for 3 couples/family(although we were only a family of 4). Accommodation was in meticulous condition. Easy access to beaches(20-30 min away) We felt very welcome by the manager - Cheryl who personally went over & beyond in her hospitality. She ordered my British kids fast food(Dominos/Pizza hut on their request), arranged for our local grocery shopping and other treats. She truly felt like family from her kindness and affable manner. Very keen to visit again.

Stayed here from the 12th to the 20th of December, 2022. Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms done up very tastefully and well stocked bars in all the rooms. Housekeeping was spot on and linens were changed everyday.The villa is very well located, close to Assagao and 20 minutes from Morjim beach. We had a wonderful stay at the villa and look forward to staying here again.
