I felt Veg Dinner Buffet Pricing was a bit expensive (5000 INR for 3 Adults) for a small.town.

Good, well done up property

1. Good property in terms of layout and the ambience/decor; size of the rooms was comfortable 2. Breakfast spread was good 3. Staff was courteous 4. Location was good, right on the highway 5. Reception area and lounge was quite spacious and well done

1. Cleanliness could have been better - towels were not spotless white, bedsheets though of good quality had stain marks; bathroom was not spotless clean, and water used to escape from the bathing area to the rest of the bathroom 2. staff can be trained even better in terms of guest interaction skills - reception and restaurant 3. Check in and check out time was longer than industry standard 4. the floor was quite noisy - other residents and particularly their children were allowed to make lot of noise late in the evening even around 10 pm. Hotel staff should have intervened to stop them from behaving in this manner

Good location and good facilities. Staff needs to be more professional and cooperative.

Location is good and the facility is good.

I had booked a specious room with Balcony to watch the sunrise/ sunset and enjoy the vacation. But they Changed the room and gave a smaller room with no balcony. A pigeon hole. It completely spoiled the vacation. Although they refunded the extra room charges they had debited to my card.

Very poor

Location

There was a smell in the property. Even the room freshner was not helping to reduce it.. There were mosquitos in the room. I did not find it value for many. Hygiene should be improved!
